Unique Diamonds Hourse Sanctuary
Welcomes Feline Friends from Marion County Animal Services
In a heartwarming expansion of its rescue efforts, Unique Diamonds Horse Sanctuary has recently opened its doors to two special feline residents: Sydney, a gray tabby, and Panga, a ginger tabby. These cats were adopted through Marion County Animal Services’ Working Whiskers program, which places less-social cats in environments where they can thrive as natural rodent deterrents.
Visitors to the sanctuary have expressed delight in spotting the new feline residents, often observing them lounging in sunny spots or playfully chasing insects. The presence of Sydney and Panga has added an extra layer of charm to the sanctuary, captivating the hearts of both staff and guests alike.
As Sydney and Panga continue to settle in, the sanctuary remains committed to providing them with a nurturing environment where they can thrive. Their journey from shy, less social cats to cherished members of the sanctuary family serves as a testament to the trans-formative power of patience, care, and a loving home.

Each horse tells a story of resilience and second chances. The sanctuary’s founder, raised in the foster care system and ultimately adopted by a loving family, found solace and strength in horses throughout her childhood. These gentle giants helped her through life’s darkest times, offering companionship, hope, and healing. Now, through this sanctuary, she is dedicated to rescuing horses and giving them the love and care they deserve.
